Team Purpose

The purpose of the team is to allow middle and high school age homeschooled young ladies the opportunity to play competitive soccer in a positive and instructive environment.

Foundational Principle

This is a competitive team not a recreational team. Playing time in not equally divided among the players, but is based on numerous factors including participation in practice, conditioning, attitude, needs of the team, and coach’s discretion.

We strive to play the game excellently. We strive to win and win in a way that is honoring to all. Wins, losses, and ties are important outcomes of the game, but they will not define us. How we practice and play should reflect who we are.

Player Development Goals

• Each player will love the game at least as much at the end of the season as they did at the beginning of the season.
• Each player will improve technically throughout the season.
• Each player’s knowledge of the game will improve throughout the season.
• Each player will be a better teammate.
